If I use the wait mode and print two documents, one in portrait, one in landscape, then use the combine button and print, then the combined document is all portrait with the landscape pages rotated.

If I print these separately the landscape appears as landscape which is what I want for on-screen viewing.

I have tried all combinations of the auto-rotate setting - None, All, Single page. Rotate all gives me the landscape output for the single file but not the combined file.

I am using version 0.9.6.
