PDFcreator not working - help!
Hi,
I've just installed PDFcreator at work using the server setting, although it appeared to install fine I can't seem to generate any pdf files. The help file does not work so I can't look at it to see if I'm doing anything wrong.
I've been trying to test it using a word document, when I click print the document appears to go to the PDFcreator printer but then nothing happens after this. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for your reply. I just gave it a try with pdf creator open but nothing happened. The document queued up on the printer but didn't appear in PDFcreator itself. Any idea what I could try?
As I mentioned before I don't have access to the help file - it doesn't appear to be working for me.

Hi,
I tried printing a test page and that seeemed to work ok but when I print to the pdfcreator printer nothing happens.
Anybody know what I can try?

From the help file. (Using PDFCreator -> Server Installation)
... Also, make sure that at least one instance of PDFCreator is open. ...
That means start PDFCreator please. (You can minimize it to the systray.)
