is it possible to automate the printout directory by keywords?

in a script I have to use PDFCreator to printout data reports (no other way is possible unfortunately), I need to save it within the script (where I manipulate the PDFCreator GUI), because there are more users they can modify the default printout directory as well, that wont be known by my script.

So if you can advice me good ways that i can script for adjusting printout directory on-line(eg. keywords) or prior using the printer that would really help me
