Once installtion is done, a window opens and tells me to click to quit the installation  assistant and when I do this, i get this error:

"Runtime error (at 113:383):

Access violation at address 7C928C0B. Read of address 41504 D4F"

What does that mean? I have uninstalled and reinstalled but now I have two of these windows I am unable to shut. Have also already restarted the computer but these windows open up when computer starts...

But the software works well because I have been able to change Word  files into Pdf..

Thanks

I just got the samw error message and can't make it finish the install or go away? How do you fix this?

I also have experienced the same type of error, but with different memory locations. I have so far just killed the process (for the installer program). I used Process Explorer for this but I would expect you should be able to use Task Manager.

I have not yet done a restart, so there could be an entry in a run key in the Windows Registry, that may need deleting as well.
