I try to save my word into a fax enable format of tiff. How can I save it to resolution of 100x200 in tiff format?
I am not sure what kind of ouput you expect. The size of the output file is determined by the size of the document you print and the resolution you select in the settings dialog. 100x200 pixel is very small though.
