cIsPrintable returns false for .doc

hi,
I've got a big problem with PDFCreator - I'm trying to develop a PDF-converting service that runs on Windows2008 Server. Whenever I run conversion for any .doc file, PDFCreator returns that file is not printable (both OpenOffice & WordViewer are installed).
any ideas?

hello, same problem too.
In development everything works well (windows service opens office and prints pdf) but in production there is no way. I tried to install the office 2007 (test 60 days) and neither it works.
In production server, prints the txt, but in the context menu of the documents of word, I don't have the direct access to print to pdf
