Installation 0.9.8 - weird suggestions

An error in the system environment variable "Path" has occured

->Missing or corrupted entry: %Systemroot%\system32\wbem

This error has to be fixed first before the installation can be continued.

Please select OK if you want this errror to be fixed. You have to restart your system afterwards.

Otherwise Cancel the installation.

What the hell is this?... Not to mention, what the HELL is this as it is showing not the value i have entered in %PATH%?
A snap from environment of actual running process:
Path=C:\WINDOWS/system32;C:\WINDOWS;C:\WINDOWS/System32/Wbem;<The list continued, but nothing relevant to see there>

And however that directory do exist. Why do it attempt to destabilize my operating system?

Do you really have slashes / backslashes mixed in yout path?? If this is the case, there is really no need to "destabilize" your operating system, as you did it already

You should know the operating system better before posting such answers.
There's no difference between "/" and "\" for disk operations since DOS 3.3 at least.
