I have a problem I can't seem to fix.  A file has been created in Excel using Times Roman Font size 14.  It is 12 pages long.  Prints perfectly from Excel.

Then when I print to PDF convertor it all changes.  The font size is shriking to something in the neighborhood of 6 to 8!  The document that was margin to margin is now surrounded by an excess of white space.

Any ideas?  This has never happened before.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Excel sometimes does strnge things when printing. First of all: do you use the same paper format when printing to PDFCreator and (real) paper? If you have defined pagebreaks, then Excel will fit the pages regardless how small the font will become.

kind regards,
Philip

The paper format has not changed. Page breaks are used.  It looks perfectly fine when I print from Excel.  Its just when I turn it into a pdf the errors occur.  I get about 4 inches of blank paper on the bottom and 2 to 3 on the right - and really tiny font size.  This document is something we do all the time - excel to pdf - this is the very first time its shrunk the font.
