I have noticed while using PDFCreator on some programs like Corel Wordperfect, PDFCreator saves a blank page everytime I use it.  The original document only contains one page and if I select print preview to an actual printer (not saving as a PDF) the print is fine. If I save the file/document using Acrobat Professional, no extra pages are printed. Any idea how to fix PDFCreator?
