Will PDFCreator 0.9.9 that sounds like it is close come with the newer Ghostscript 8.70 that was released on July 31, 2009?

Can you share what new features are for sure in the next version?

thanks for such a great product?

  • Profiles: Set up so many setting pofiles you like and link it with a PDFCreator printer.
  • Windows 7 support
  • Ghostscript 8.70
  • and some improvements in the pdfforge.dll etc.

So, when do you expect to release this new version to the public?

I'm really looking forward to trying out this new version on Windows 7.

 Compatibility

I must say that your software is incredible and it does just about everything. I was working on a project trying to utilize your software as a network printer. And it works fantastic except when I tried to use a Windows CE device. Windows CE has a limited selection of printers and drivers available to it. Microsoft has embedded a Windows CE driver that is compatible to printers that support PCL. I was wondering if it would be possible to incorporate PCL compatibility into your software. It is similar to PostScript so I do not know if these modifications would be significant.

Would this be something that you would consider adding into the functionality of your software.?

Would you be able to give me a starting point, for me to edit the source code and add the functionality for myself?

I eagerly await a reply

sincerely

John.
